PicPeep ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
Information We Collect
PicPeep collects minimal data. We believe in privacy by design.
- Photos: All photos are taken and stored locally on your device. We do not upload, access, or store your photos on any server.
- Camera: PicPeep requires camera access to take photos. Camera data is processed locally and never transmitted to our servers.
- PeepView: When using PeepView, the camera stream is sent directly between two devices via local Wi-Fi or Bluetooth using Apple's MultipeerConnectivity framework. No data passes through our servers.
- Purchases: In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- Personal identification information (name, email, address)
- Location data
- Usage analytics or tracking data
- Advertising identifiers
- Cookies or web tracking
Third-Party Services
PicPeep does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party service used is Apple's StoreKit for processing in-app purchases.
Data Storage
All data (photos, settings, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers that store user data.
Children's Privacy
PicPeep does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The app does not require any personal information to function.
